We fabricate plastic parts for numerous technical applications on state-of-the-art
plastic injection molding machines.
Due to process-integrated take-out robots resp. packaging system we are in a position to provide 24-hour operation with guaranteed delivery reliability for our customers. Also high cost-effectiveness concerning production and installation are assured by the crosslinking of injection molding machine and assembly automation, eliminating any activities that are not value-adding.
Furthermore the risk for expensive standstill periods has been minimized enormously and improved further with regard to sustainable tool maintenance and service due to the close cooperation with our in-house tool and mold construction divisions. The fabrication process resp. economically successful series production are only possible, if operation is effected without any disturbances and with constantly high quality.
On our state-of-the-art plants, these tasks are controlled and supervised by our qualified specialists.
The entire fabrication process, starting from processing of raw materials, injection procedure, supply of component assembly mounting to readiness for shipment of the components are subject to certain control mechanisms with constantly high quality standards.
Due to enormously increased energy costs, optimization of resource consumption and with regard to environmental aspects we have successfully improved manufacturing procedures in the following areas: Heat recuperation, use of LEDs in all offices and fabrication facilities, special cooling systems with reduced energy consumption, replacement of old, fully hydraulic injection molding facilities by fully electric ones etc.
Currently we process the following materials on 42 plastic injection mold machines at the locations in Waidhaus and Nuremberg with closing pressures from 25 to 650 tonnes:
PE, PP, PS, ABS, ASA, PMMA, POM, PA, PC, PBT, PPS, PEEK, PSU, TPE, TPU, etc.
